Chicken Breasts Florentine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. basil
2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cook spinach as package directs. In small bowl, combine bread crumbs and basil. Dredge chicken with bread crumbs and basil. Heat oil in large skillet. Brown chicken on both sides. Leave in skillet and spoon spinach evenly over chicken and sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook over low heat until cheese is melted.
