Potato Casserole 2 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted margarine
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 tsp. pepper
corn flakes or Ritz crackers
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tsp. salt
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken or Cheddar soup
Preparation

Mix margarine, chopped onions, Cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, sour cream and soup together.
Add package of thawed potatoes. Crumble corn flakes or Ritz crackers on top.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
