Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling broth
2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten
Preparation

Mix flour, baking powder and salt together in a bowl.
Let stand until cold.
Add the beaten egg.
If dough is too soft to roll, add more flour.
Roll or cut into pieces or strips.
Drop into boiling broth.
Cover and cook for 12 to 15 minutes.
