Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. cornbread mix (for extra spicy, use 1 pkg. jalapeno and 1 regular)
    8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Prepare cornbread as directed on the package.
    Cook and crumble.
    Add bacon and chopped vegetables.
    Stir in mayonnaise. Chill until served.
    It's better if made a day ahead and kept in the refrigerator overnight.
