California Burgers(Lo-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground turkey breast
1 c. minced onions
1 c. celery
1 c. minced sweet red peppers
1/4 c. tomato paste
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
12 crust rolls
shredded lettuce
tomato slices
Preparation

In a large bowl, thoroughly mix turkey, onions, celery, red peppers, tomato paste, garlic and black pepper. Form 12 patties. Grill, broil or saute in a nonstick frying pan.
Serve in rolls with lettuce and tomatoes. Serves 12.
