Carrot Cake And Brown Sugar Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    2 eggs
    3 c. apples, grated
    1 c. carrots, grated
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs. Beat until fluffy. Mix in apples and carrots. Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamy mixture. Bake in greased 13 x 9 cake pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
