Chicken Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sauerkraut, well drained
4 chicken breasts, boned, skinned and halved
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
Preparation

In buttered baking dish, layer chicken, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese.
Pour dressing over top.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
