Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, diced chicken
    1 can chopped water chestnuts
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. cooked rice
    3/4 c. onion
    3/4 c. celery
    1/2 c. almonds
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in butter.
    Mix all ingredients together and put into casserole dish.
    Crush Ritz crackers and melted butter and spread on top.
    Cook at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
