Hash Brown Skillet Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    6 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    4 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar
Preparation
    Cook bacon in skillet until crisp.
    Remove from pan.
    Drain well, reserving drippings in pan.
    Crumble bacon and set aside. Heat drippings in pan; add frozen potatoes.
    Cook over low heat until underside is crisp and lightly brown.
    (Do not turn over.)
