Crawfish Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. corn meal
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped jalapeno peppers
    1 large can creamed corn
    1 lb. crawfish
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Put into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
