Oven Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 c. popped corn
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    peanuts or walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Heat sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt over medium-high heat until boil, stirring constantly.
    Then cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Remove from heat; stir in soda.
    Pour over corn and nuts.
    Mix thoroughly, then bake 1 hour in 200\u00b0 oven, stirring every 15 minutes.
