Pimiento Cheese Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. mild Cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp. salad dressing
1/3 c. chopped pimiento
1 small can evaporated milk
3 Tbsp. hot milk
Preparation

Bring milk to boiling point.
Add grated cheese, pimiento and other ingredients to hot milk.
Stir to blend.
Remove from heat; add salt to taste.
Store in refrigerator.
Use as needed.
