Bob'S Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. onions, diced
4 Tbsp. drippings (bacon grease)
2 c. water
8 Tbsp. vinegar
4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. lemon juice (remove seeds from pulp, add pulp to mixture with some peel)
8 Tbsp. brown sugar
4 to 8 oz. Heinz chili sauce
2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. hot dry mustard
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. ground coriander
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
6 dashes heavy Louisiana hot sauce
Preparation

Simmer onions and drippings 20 minutes until onions are clear. In a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
Simmer together with onions and drippings for 30 to 40 minutes.
