Oven Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. chicken (8 chicken breasts)
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    2 c. catsup
    2 c. water
    6 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown chicken slowly in medium-hot butter in a skillet, turning as necessary with kitchen tongs.
    Remove chicken to a shallow baking dish.
    Cook celery and onion in the butter until tender, but not brown.
    Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 (slow) for 45 minutes to an hour or until thickest pieces are fork-tender. Makes 8 servings.
