Easy Italian Crust Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    flour or cornmeal
    1 1/2 lb ground beef or bulk sausage
    1 c all purpose flour
    1 tsp italian seasoning or oregano
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper
    2/3 c milk
    2 eggs
    1/4 c chopped onion
    1 4 oz can mushrooms
    1 8 oz tomato or pizza sauce
    1-2 tsp oregano (dried) leaves
    4 oz (1 c) mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Lightly grease 12-inch pizza pan; Sprinkle with flour.
    In a large skillet lightly brown ground beef; drain. In a small bowl, combine 1 c flour, italian seasoning, salt, pepper, milk and eggs; blend until smooth.
    Pour batter into greased pan, tilting pan so batter covers bottom.
    Spoon beef over batter, top with onions and mushrooms.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25-30 min. on the lowest oven rack.
    In a small bowl, combine tomato sauce and oregano; spoon over pizza.
    Sprinkle with cheese; bake an additional 10-15 min.
