Baked Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lbs yellow squash, cooked, drained and mashed
    1/2 c chopped onion
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tbsp sugar
    1 tsp salt
    3/4 crushed Ritz crackers
    4 Tbsp melted butter
Preparation
    Mix squash, onion, pepper, eggs, sugar, and salt together. Pour into a greased 5 qt casserole dish. Sprinkle crackers over top and pour butter over crackers. Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
