Sausage And Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice mix
    1 lb. sausage
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. chopped fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. minced celery
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook rice according to directions using seasoning packet. Brown sausage and drain off fat.
    Combine all ingredients in greased 2-quart casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 6 or 8.
