2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/3 c. cooking oil
2 c. presifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. grated carrots
3/4 c. broken nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease pan; flour.
Beat sugar and eggs until thickened and pale.
Stir in oil.
Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon; stir in egg mixture.
Fold in carrots and nuts.
Spoon batter into pan; bake 35 to 40 minutes.
