Cranberry-Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. cranberry juice cocktail
    3 c. sliced peeled fresh or frozen peaches (6 medium)
    1/4 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch.
    Stir in juice. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
    Stir in peaches and cranberries.
    Cook, uncovered, until cranberry skins pop, about 5 minutes.
