Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves
4 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. Grand Marnier
12 Cornish hens
Preparation

In small saucepan, combine preserves, butter and liqueur. Heat, stirring, until well blended.
Wash and dry hens and place in roasting pan.
Baste hens with apricot glaze.
Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0, basting frequently.
