Kiwi Raspberry Finale - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites, room temperature
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarins, drained
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. white wine vinegar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    4 kiwi, peeled and sliced
    1 1/2 c. whipping cream
    Raspberry Sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, beat egg whites and salt until mixture holds soft peaks.
    Stir together sugar and cornstarch.
    Beat egg whites, gradually adding sugar mixture until mixture holds stiff peaks.
    Beat in vinegar and vanilla.
