Tasty Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 medium white potatoes, peeled
    1 medium ham hock
    1 medium onion
    1 stick margarine
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cook ham hock until done. Drop potatoes in broth. Cook until done. Add onion. Mix water and flour until dissolved. Pour into mixture. Add margarine. Simmer 10 minutes. Good with cornbread.
