Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    8 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    1 c. thinly sliced onions
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Combine soup, milk and pepper.
    In a 2 1/2-quart shallow (13 x 9 x 2-inch) baking dish, arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onions, cheese and soup.
    Dot the top with margarine.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover and bake 15 minutes or until done.
