Ingredients

6 to 8 potatoes, scrubbed and sliced into circles (leave peel on)
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 chopped onion (optional)
1 small can tomato sauce
1 pkg. sliced pepperoni
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Fry potato slices in butter with onion until potatoes are tender.
Spread tomato sauce over potatoes in pan.
Top sauce with sliced pepperoni.
Cover pepperoni with cheese.
Cover pan and heat until cheese is melted.
