Browned Rice With Chile - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. rice
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chile powder
Preparation

Wash rice and lay on cloth to dry.
Melt the butter; add the rice, stirring constantly until a nice brown.
Cover well with water.
Let simmer until soft (may need to drain).
Add salt and chile powder.
