    3 lbs. sweet potatoes (boiled)
    1 cup packed brown sugar
    5 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 cup apricot nectar
    1/2 cup hot water
    2 tsp. orange peel (grated)
    2 tsp. margarine
    1/2 cup pecans (chopped)
Preparation
    Placed cooked, sliced sweet potatoes in a 13x9x2-inch pan.
