Flap Jacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. flour, melted
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat egg whites and yolks separately.
    Then beat together egg yolks, sugar, salt, milk, butter, flour and baking powder.
    Add whites last.
    Pour out individual flap jacks on a hot griddle. Serve with melted butter and hot maple syrup which has been boiled until thick.
    Top with whipped cream.
