Potato Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium potatoes, quartered
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
dash of pepper
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. corn flakes
Preparation

Boil potatoes 20 minutes; drain and mash.
Add cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, butter, soup mix and pepper.
Mix well.
Add 1 or 2 teaspoons of milk, if dry.
