English Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans English peas
3 Tbsp. pickles or sweet relish
1 boiled egg, chopped
pimento (optional)
mayonnaise
1 small onion, chopped
salt and pepper
Preparation

Drain peas and add remaining ingredients. Add enough mayonnaise to make it creamy. Refrigerate until chilled.
