Sloan'S Squash Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. squash, shredded
    1 egg
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. minced onions
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Drop by the tablespoons onto buttered or oiled pan.
    Cook as pancakes.
