Herbal Vegetable Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. fresh tarragon
    1/2 tsp. fresh chives
    1/2 tsp. fresh chervil
    3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    9 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mince the fresh herbs, reserving a few leaves to use as garnish.
    Place all ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
    Beat vigorously with a wire whisk until well blended.
    Garnish with fresh leaves and serve immediately.
