Baked Haddock - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 - 2 lbs. haddock
    1/2 c. mozzarella cheese
    2 round Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. (to taste) mustard
    1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Place fresh haddock in glass baking dish.
    In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard and sugar.
    Spread mixture over the haddock and sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese.
    Bake at 375 degrees until golden brown (about 15 to 20 minutes).
