Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bags frozen, chopped broccoli, boiled and drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Boil and drain broccoli and pour into casserole dish.
    Mix together the mushroom soup, mayonnaise, onion, eggs and cheese. Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole dish over broccoli and mix in.
    Pour crushed crackers over mixture.
    Dab with a little butter and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
