Katy'S Korner Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 baked pie crust, lightly browned
6 slices bacon
1/2 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. green pepper, diced
1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. sour cream
1/2 Tbsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Cook bacon until crisp.
Crumble.
Pour off all but 3 tablespoons bacon drippings.
Saute onion, green pepper and mushrooms in drippings.
Cook until tender.
Combine crumbled bacon, vegetables, cheeses, eggs, sour cream, salt and pepper. Pour into pie shell.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until slightly browned on top.
Serves 6.
