Copper Pennies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sliced carrots
    1 sliced onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 c. tomato soup
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook and cool carrots.
    Mix soup, salad oil, sugar, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and salt.
    Pour over carrots, onion and bell pepper.
    Refrigerate overnight.
