Teriyaki Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken wings
    garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. m.s.g. (optional)
    1 c. chicken broth
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. cornstarch
Preparation
    Cut wings in 3 pieces, boil tips in broth for more flavor. Discard tips.
    Soak remaining wings in salted water (2 tablespoons salt) for 1 hour, then rinse in clear water.
    Pat dry.
    Sprinkle with garlic powder, let stand 30 minutes.
