Pat'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes, peeled, diced, cooked and cooled
3 boiled eggs, cooled, diced (large)
4 Tbsp. mayonnaise (Miracle Whip)
2 Tbsp. French's mustard
3 small sweet pickles, diced
1 small onion, diced
small amount of pickle juice
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl place cooled potatoes and cooled eggs. Add remaining ingredients and add just enough pickle juice to make the consistency stirable.
Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
