Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rolled oats
1 c. nonfat yogurt
1/2 c. margarine
2/3 c. Fruit Sweet
1/4 c. W. O. apple butter or unsweetened applesauce
2 egg whites
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Soak oats in yogurt for 30 minutes.
In mixing bowl combine margarine, Fruit Sweet and applesauce.
Mix well.
Blend in slightly beaten egg whites.
Add oat mixture and beat well.
In separate bowl combine dry ingredients, then add to batter until well blended.
Pour into 12 muffin cups which have been sprayed with nonstick coating.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Makes 12 muffins.
