Scalloped Potatoes(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced potatoes
    1 small onion, sliced
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    paprika
    1 c. cubed, cooked ham (optional)
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, onion and water in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cover; microwave 8 to 9 minutes on High or until potatoes are just about tender.
    Set aside.
