Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. flour
    5 Tbsp. shortening or oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    6 to 8 green onions, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. water
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. hot sauce
    3 to 4 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
Preparation
    Make
    Roux
    from
    flour
    and shortening.
    Add flour and shortening in iron skillet and cook on medium heat until brick brown (stirring occasionally).
