No Cook Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. light corn syrup
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1 tsp. peppermint extract oil
    4 c. powdered sugar
    2 drops red food coloring
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix corn syrup, butter and peppermint.
    Beat well. Gradually add 2 cups of powdered sugar.
    Beat.
    Stir in as much of the remaining powdered sugar as possible with a spoon.
