Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8-inch) pie shells
1 bunch green onions, chopped
4 Tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped bacon, cooked
6 eggs
2 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation

Prick the pie shells and cook for 6 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Saute the green onions in 4 tablespoons butter until soft.
Sprinkle onions and bacon bits in equal portions over the bottom of pie shell. Top pies with grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden and puffy. Serves 8.
