Mushroom Topped Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    1 c. chopped mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. chopped red onions
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    3 Tbsp. grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown chops
    on both sides and place in ovenproof dish. Saute mushrooms
    in
    butter
    until
    no longer moist. Mix mushrooms, parsley,
    red
    onions,
    egg,
    salt\tand
    pepper. Place filling on top
    of
    chops.
    Bake
    at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Add cheese the last 10 minutes of baking time. When tested, juice should run clear.
    Serve
    with salad of sliced herb tomatoes, rice or boiled new potatoes. Serves 4 to 6.
