Fluffy Hot Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. milk
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Combine egg, milk and cooking oil.
    Add sifted dry ingredients. Beat smooth.
    Bake on ungreased griddle.
    Use Pam.
    Makes 12 small cakes.
    Mix just until smooth and no longer.
