Cheesy Chops 'N Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) jar cheese spread or sharp cheese, grated
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained (broccoli or carrots)
    1 Tbsp. oil
    seasoned salt
    1 can Durkee French fried onions
    6 (1/4 to 1/2-inch thick) thin pork chops
    1/2 c. milk
    4 c. frozen Tater Tots
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spoon cheese into an 8 x 12-inch baking dish; place in oven just until cheese is melted (5 minutes). Meanwhile, brown pork chops on both sides; drain.
    Sprinkle chops with seasoned salt; set aside.
    Using fork, stir milk into melted cheese until well blended.
    Stir in Tater Tots and 1/2 can onions into cheese mixture.
    Spread vegetables over potato mixture. Arrange pork chops over top and bake, covered, for 35 to 40 minutes or until chops are done.
    Top with remaining onions and bake, uncovered, 5 minutes more or until onions are golden brown. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
