Pear Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. chopped pears
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine oil, sugar and eggs; beat well.
Add flour and cinnamon to creamed mixture.
(Sift flour and cinnamon together 3 times first.)
Add vanilla.
Fold in pears and nuts.
Bake in tube pan in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
