Cranberry Frappe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. gelatin
    1 c. cold water
    3 c. boiling water
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 lb. cranberries
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    few grains of salt
Preparation
    Soak gelatin in cold water, about 5 minutes.
    Cook cranberries in boiling water until soft, then put through strainer.
    Add sugar, lemon juice and salt.
    Bring to boil and add soaked gelatin.
    Cool.
    Turn into freezing box and place in freezer. Delicious with chicken or turkey.
