Mighty Good Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    8 oz. cream-style corn
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix meal, eggs, oil and corn.
    Fold in sour cream.
    Pour into a greased and preheated skillet and bake until brown, about 30 or 40 minutes.
