Chickamaugas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 can spaghetti sauce
    Mozzarella or Parmesan cheese
    12 to 14 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain fat.
    Add spaghetti sauce to beef and mix well.
    Warm tortillas in microwave 10 seconds until soft and pliable.
    Place 2 to 3 tablespoons sauce mixture in the middle of each tortilla; sprinkle with cheese.
    Wrap tortilla into an envelope (bottom, top, then sides together) and fasten with a toothpick.
    Either fry in oil, turning after browned, and drain; or bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 15 minutes at 400\u00b0 until crisp.
