Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 medium can fruit cocktail with juice
Preparation

Beat sugar, eggs and oil until fluffy.
Sift flour, salt and baking soda and add to egg mixture alternating with fruit cocktail.
Grease pan with butter.
Pour in cake mixture and bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
